Not quite yet... Premium Experience Excursions will be available for pre-booking on January 1st, 2014.  Until then, use this site to explore your options and stop by after that date to reserve your seat.  Remember--Included Tours do not have to be pre-booked! 

Once online reservations are activate (January 1st, 2014) Travel Agents will be able to book excursions through this website on our Travel Agent Page.  Travel Agents are eligible for a 10% comission on all Pre-Booked Shore Excursions booked online with a credit card. There are a few requirements though.  Review the Travel Agent page for full information here.

Shore Excursions will be able to be pre-booked at any time and charges will be applied to your on-board account.  No credit card needed!  All excursions will appear on your room account to be charged to the credit card that you have on file at the end of your cruise.  You will receive a statement to review before any charges are submitted on the last evening of your cruise. Check back after January 1st for online reservations.

No. There are several options for reserving American Queen shore excursions.  Booking online is fast, easy and secure.  Please note that after January 1st, excursions can also be booked via the telephone with one of our Shore Excursion Representatives at 1-888-966-0938.  Representatives are available Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Time.  Excursions can also be booked while onboard the American Queen by visiting the Shore Excursion window located next to the Purser's office or at the Hospitality Desk at the Pre-Cruise Hotel.  Remember, all Shore Excursions have a limited capacity and may sell out.

Excursions are 100% refundable if cancelled within 36 hours of the tour.  Simple call to speak with one of our representatives at 1-888-966-0938 to cancel your excursion.  Representatives are available Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM-5:00 PM.  Reservations can also be cancelled while onboard (up to 36 hours before tour departure) by speaking with a Shore Excursion Specialist.
